Conexio LLC (“Conexio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Conexio mobile application (the “App”), a business networking platform that helps professionals connect, share milestones, showcase interests, and highlight educational achievements.   • Usage Data: Dates and times you access the App, pages/features used, session duration, crash reports, and performance data.
  • Analytics & Cookies: Mobile app analytics to understand feature usage and improve performance. (Note: All analytics are anonymous and aggregated.)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide & Maintain the App: To register your account, authenticate, and deliver core networking features.
  • Personalization: To tailor content, suggestions, and recommendations based on your interests and education.
  • Communication: To send you account-related notices, security alerts, updates, and marketing (with your consent).

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, except where a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile data from public view; backup copies may persist for a limited period for disaster recovery and auditing.

  • Deletion: You may delete your account by contacting us (see Section 9); this removes your profile from public view.
  • Marketing Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link or adjusting your notification preferences.
  • Analytics Opt-Out: You can disable analytics collection within your device’s settings, though this may limit certain App features.

7. International Data Transfers

As a U.S.-based company, Conexio’s servers and service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in those jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
